David K. Mestemaker

David K. Mestemaker's practice focuses on cases where clients have been severely injured or killed by someone else's negligence. David handles cases involving automobile accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation premises liability, toxic tort, etc.

Although most of David's cases settle during litigation, several times each year, David has the opportunity to argue his client's case to a jury or a judge. Also, during his tenure at Mestemaker & Straub, David has had the opportunity to handle several mass tort cases. In these mass tort cases, David has represented over one thousand clients affected by landfills, industrial fires, leaking underground storage tanks, chemical spills, etc.

Norman L. Straub

Norman L. Straub represents individuals who have been injured or suffered economic damages as a result of another party's actions and/or negligence. Norman's practice focuses on personal injury including medical malpractice, auto and truck accidence, premises liability and wrongful death cases.

Additionally, as a managing partner, Norman has been involved in the litigation and supervision of significant corporate and environmental litigation. The firm of Mestemaker & Straub has for years represented the injured in state and federal courts within and outside of Texas.

Donald H. Cahilly

Donald H. Cahilly represents plaintiffs and homeowners in personal injury and property damage litigation resulting from chemical contamination and pollution caused by the wrongful conduct of nearby companies.

Don is a long time friend of the environment who is committed to vindicating the rights of individual property owners, as well as entire neighborhoods and subdivisions, when the wrongful conduct of others causes contamination of property or affects the homeowner's enjoyment, value, and integrity of their home.
